Sweet as cherry pie


We're on the down hill slide for this week!

Over at Little Miss Muffet Challenges we have a new challenge.  Our challenge this fortnight is to use buttons and ribbon.

For this challenge, I've used Paprika.  She is one of the Sugar and Spice Dolls.  Isn't she a cutie?  I love how her eyes squinch up when she smiles.


I paper pieced Paprika's hat and rain coat with some Basic Grey Lemonade 6X6 paper.  Then colored the rest of her with my Copics, cut her out with my Labels 10 Nestie and then used my Copics to put dots all around her in the same colors as her clothes.  I also used my C1 Copic marker to create some shadows on her hat and coat.

  2. Oh my gosh, the paper piecing on this is so perfect. I would absolutely grab this in a shop for my DD. So terrifically cute! The Copic dots are wonderful, I thought it was DP at first.
